News and Announcements
Our Minor Mite division was involved in some intra-league play at the Fairgrounds on Tuesday night. Visit our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/HaltonHawks to see some other pics from tonight’s action.
Learn to Play is a once a week commitment, starting on Thursday May 23 and running for 10 weeks, ending July 25. Our weekly sessions of Learn to Play will begin with stations that focus on the fundamentals of fastpitch, throwing, catching, and hitting. Once the players have rotated through the stations, the teams will engage in a short 1-2 inning game to end the night. As socializing is just as important as playing the game, teams often engage in a snack prior to leaving the park for the night.
There will be 4 teams in our LTP division this season and we would like to thank our coaches who have stepped up to ensure that the girls are on the field this season.
We are looking forward to seeing our youngest players on the fields as of May 23.

Dear Hawks Families,
Each year the Halton Hawks Rep Fastpitch teams host a tournament called the May Classic. It is a very well run, fun and well regarded tournament by surrounding teams. This year the May Classic will be held May 25th – 27th at the Fairgrounds and Gellert fields.
This tournament is run solely on parent volunteers, who will be responsible for maintaining and preparing diamonds, running concession booth and BBQ. If you are around on the weekend of May 25th-27th and have sometime to spare we would love to see you there cheering on our girls! If you or someone you know is willing to volunteer some time towards helping us run our event we will gladly accept your offer.
Please reach out to Sarah at email@example.com if you are able to volunteer any time during the event.
We hope to see you there!
