Dear Hawks Families,
Each year the Halton Hawks Rep Fastpitch teams host a tournament called the May Classic. It is a very well run, fun and well regarded tournament by surrounding teams. This year the May Classic will be held May 25th – 27th at the Fairgrounds and Gellert fields.
This tournament is run solely on parent volunteers, who will be responsible for maintaining and preparing diamonds, running concession booth and BBQ. If you are around on the weekend of May 25th-27th and have sometime to spare we would love to see you there cheering on our girls! If you or someone you know is willing to volunteer some time towards helping us run our event we will gladly accept your offer.
Please reach out to Sarah at email@example.com if you are able to volunteer any time during the event.
We hope to see you there!
